Unpleasant and unhelpful reception staff. Noisy rooms near the bar area with loud music and drunk people shouting late at night.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and subway station with transportation easily accessible to and from the airport. The location is in the heart of the city, close to shopping centers and a major attraction. The room was clean and well designed with helpful amenities such as a hair dryer and a full-length mirror. Additionally, the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay.
